Timi Marketing Intelligence – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers the internal application "Timi Marketing Intelligence", operated by Happy Accessories AB (Timi of Sweden), Tolvevägen 6, 237 91 Bjärred, Sweden.

What the application does
The application reads and updates data in our own company Google accounts through Google APIs: Google Ads (campaign statistics, budgets, bids and product groups), Google Merchant Center (product feeds and product status), Google Analytics (aggregated traffic and sales statistics) and Google Search Console (aggregated search statistics).

What data is collected
Only aggregated advertising, feed and traffic data belonging to Happy Accessories AB is retrieved. The application does not collect or store personal data about visitors to our websites through these Google APIs, and it does not access any Google user's account other than our own company accounts, authorised by our own staff.

How data is used and stored
Data is stored in our internal database hosted in Microsoft Azure (EU region) and used solely for reporting, feed quality control and managing our own advertising. Data is not sold, shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

Google user data
Access to Google user data is limited to our own company accounts and is used only to provide the internal functions described above, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion
Aggregated statistics are retained for as long as they are needed for reporting. Access can be revoked at any time by our administrators at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
